A panel discussion to give us other perspectives on life as the world focuses on what divides us, as the body of Christ at Calvert Grace we focus on our unity in Christ. Our unity, however, comes with and through all of our diversity. While God knows each of our life stories better than we know them ourselves, we know very little about one another’s life stories that God has brought together here at Calvert Grace.

Last month, to help us get to know one another better, we invited some of our church family members from the African-American community, including some from our law enforcement community, to share what it is like to walk in their shoes through life. Our prayer is that by understanding one another’s life experiences, it will help cut through all the division of the world and allow us to come alongside, lift up, and encourage one another in Christ.

For those who were unable to attend our live discussion we will be offering an opportunity to see a recording of the panel discussion on Wednesday, August 5, at 7:00 PM. in the Amphitheater.
