We will leave Grace Brethren Church on Friday, January 6th at Noon and return Sunday, January 8th at 5:00pm.  The cost for the trip is $60, plus money for 5 meals.  We will stay in Urban Hope Lodging, but you will need to bring your own bed and bath linens.   Additionally, pack warm clothes as we will be outside for extended periods. 2. Attached you will find a permission slip, medical release form and release in full of all claims form.  Please print, fill out and return ALL 3 forms to Matt Leach.
