This ministry exists to encourage and care for those congregation members who are in physical, emotional and spiritual need. The Grace Cares Team offers hospital visits, phone calls, and home visits to encourage and pray for an individual.
We offer meals to those in our congregation who are homebound, have ongoing illness or going through a life change. You can volunteer to cook, pack or deliver regular meals on Wednesday evenings. You can also sign up to be put on the list to receive Meal Trains in which you can cook and deliver a meal to someone in temporary need.
Often times when going through a season of difficulty one’s home can go without necessary repairs. As part of our desire to exemplify the love of Christ we send volunteer church members to help make repairs in homes of those who cannot facilitate them on their own. Anyone from skilled professional to teen helpers with little experience are invited to join us. We go out into the community several times a year.
Grace Seniors (55+)
The Mission of Grace Seniors is to witness to the love of Jesus for the churched and the unchurched through Christian fellowship. Grace Seniors was organized for those who are 55 years of age and older, and invited guests from the community. Our intention is to provide wholesome fellowship in a Christian environment, where our actions, conversation and sportsmanship bear testimony and witness to the faith we, as believers, profess.
We are working together as a community of believers to reach those in our church family who are completely homebound or in need of uplifting through notes and letters. If you'd like to help serve, please email us below.
