My wife and I moved to Calvert County in 1995. After our third daughter was born in 1996 we started to look for a local church with which to worship. After visiting other churches we were introduced to Grace at the annual youth yard sale. We started attending regularly and found what we were looking for at Grace: Christ centered Bible teaching, a welcoming congregation, opportunities for involvement, an active youth program and a passion for mission and evangelism. Shortly after joining the church my wife and I were baptized into the body of Christ.

Throughout our 23 years at Grace I have found many ways to serve the body of Christ. I have sung in choir for most of those years, ushered, served Communion on the Worship team and am now serving the church as part of the Church Council. I found that my faith had grown as I became more and more involved in the Church using the gifts that God has blessed me with to serve the congregation. My wife and I have also been Life Group leaders for more than 13 years and have been very blessed with the many friendships we have made through that ministry. The fellowship and support we enjoy with other believers here at Grace has been a huge part of our lives.

When I’m not working for Calvert County Government, I enjoy spending time with my family, including being Pop Pop to our 6 grandchildren, and am a big fan of the Baltimore Ravens. After 23 years in Huntingtown my wife and I currently reside in Deale.
